despise the app. the android app is junk. works maybe 25% of the time. I just log on to my account on my IOS and click desktop. makes it like the computer. today though, the software is funky all over. cant give ETAs to calls, cant see where my drivers are on the map. drivers cant update their progress or pictures. VERY difficult to seal with on a VERY busy day!

works right most of the time. notifications are kinda wonky, sometimes they come through, sometimes they don't. I DO wish they would overhaul the Android app to look/work more similar to the ios app. I'm not sure why they are set up so differently. That's really my only complaint other than the notification issues that are pretty consistent across both android and iOS.

We’re always working to improve the app and add new features, but when it comes to a full redesign of the Android app, we don’t have a timeline for that just yet. It works really well when it works! As a dispatcher, the annoying bubble on my screen and constant location reporting is pretty irritating. Everyone knows where I am and I really don't see the reason I have to enable location reporting, as it drains my battery. The bubble is easy to turn off, but I don't like how every time I open the app I have to dismiss a ton of prompts to enable something I don't want. Finally, it doesn't work in landscape, which makes maps difficult to read.
