Towbook for Android is a mobile version of Towbook that lets you access your company's Towbook account from any Android device. Add new calls, dispatch calls to drivers, receive job updates, push notifications, send/print receipts, upload photos, use plate-to-VIN technology, manage impounds and much more directly from your device.

Dispatchers can accept digital dispatches from major motor clubs including Agero, Allied Dispatch, Allstate, FleetNet, Geico, Honk, Nation Safe Drivers, National Auto Club, Questx, Roadside Protect, ServiCase, Swoop, Sykes, Tesla, and Urgently.

app doesnt alert when active calls come in, keep having to manually refresh to see calls, once refreshed you can have a couple calls stacked up making you late and miss certain calls. sometimes calls will say 45 minutes ago, even after refreshing and nothing pulls up!! way too much inconsistencies for a work app!! app will crash periodically calls won't close, or pictures wont upload making the work order incomplete

Last update made it where I have to stand 25+ feet away from the vehicle to get full photos. Extremely dangerous on the side of the road. With most devices having multiple cameras, why not have the option to choose the camera. ( wide angle, normal, telephoto, etc) S25 ultra has 5 different cameras on the back!

works right most of the time. notifications are kinda wonky, sometimes they come through, sometimes they don't. I DO wish they would overhaul the Android app to look/work more similar to the ios app. I'm not sure why they are set up so differently. That's really my only complaint other than the notification issues that are pretty consistent across both android and iOS.
