Ratings and reviews

The app glitches out so often it's almost impossible to make a payment or you'll get charged more than once. You have to get a text and a pin code every time you log in. You're better off calling them every single month. It's been like this for over a year now even after the updates.

tried to set up auto pay and instead it took a payment out (payment isn't due until 10/10 and I got the loan 2 days ago 9/26.) I know its partially user error, but it didnt ask for a date to make payment or set up payment, and still didnt even work on setting up auto pay either so Im probably just gonna delete this app since its confusing and now ive lost a chunk of my loan to give it right back on accident.

The app will now suddenly stop. I have no idea why they fix things when they are not broken. it's trash!!!
