About this app

This is an app that allows you to search by food name and find out the nutritional components of each food based on the Japanese Standard Food Composition Table (8th Edition) Expanded 2023 released by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology. It also displays the reference values ​​listed in the Dietary Intake Standards for Japanese (2020 edition) published by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.

・たんぱく質、脂質、炭水化物の成分値の表示を、より実際の量に近い値に変更

・補足情報の表示
