MSG to PDF Converter helps you turn an Outlook .msg file you select into a PDF document on your Android device. Open the message with the system file picker, review what it contains, adjust the parts you want to keep, and save the PDF in a folder you choose. The original .msg file is left unchanged.
The app reads the sender, subject, date, To, Cc, Bcc, message text, and attachments on the device. It is not a mail client and does not send email. It is not affiliated with Microsoft or Outlook. Encrypted or password-protected messages cannot be opened.
MSG to PDF Converter shows the imported message before any PDF is created. You can check the sender, recipients, date, subject, message, and attachment list. Recipients can be shown or hidden. Importance is displayed when the message includes it. Scripts and remote content inside the message are blocked in the viewer.
You can edit the subject, recipients, date, and message that will go into the PDF. Bold, italic, and underline are available, with left, center, or right alignment. Font size can be small, normal, large, or extra large. Text color can be indigo, teal, maroon, or the default. A preview lets you zoom and move between pages. Unsaved changes can be kept or discarded. Reset restores the imported fields. A draft can be saved on the device so you can continue later. Edits change the generated PDF only.
MSG to PDF Converter creates the PDF on the phone. Choose A4 or Letter, portrait or landscape, and a margin of 12 mm, 16 mm, 20 mm, or 25 mm. You can include a header, a footer with page numbers, an attachment summary, and supported images. JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP, and BMP images can be placed in the document. Other attachments remain a name-and-size summary. Links are written as readable text, without clickable link annotations. The file name must end with .pdf. If that name was used before, you can accept a suggested name or choose the final name in the save dialog.
When the PDF has been written, MSG to PDF Converter confirms that the save succeeded and that the original .msg file was not changed. You can open the PDF, share it with another app, print it, or convert another file. Where the folder allows it, you can rename the PDF. The saved document remains in the location you chose.
MSG to PDF Converter keeps a local history of names, dates, sizes, and storage locations on this device. History can list drafts and completed PDFs. You can delete one item, or clear all history, only after you confirm. Clearing history removes local history and drafts. It does not delete a PDF already saved in another folder. Settings stay until you reset them or uninstall the app. Drafts and the editing session stay in private app storage and are excluded from Android backup.
MSG to PDF Converter includes sample .msg files on the home screen: a hello message, a meeting message, and a Bangla message. You can open a sample and convert it, or save copies into Downloads. On Android 9 and older, that save asks for storage permission only after you tap the download action. Theme can follow the system, or stay Light or Dark. Page size, header options, the default file name, About, and the privacy policy are in Settings.
MSG to PDF Converter reads each selected message on the device so it can display the fields and build the PDF. A working internet connection, on Wi-Fi or mobile data, is required before the main screen can be used. A captive portal or a restricted network is treated as unavailable. This check does not send your message content anywhere. Parsing and PDF creation stay on the device. The app does not upload your .msg files to a server operated by the app, and it does not ask for contacts, SMS, or call history.
MSG to PDF Converter is meant for people who already have an Outlook message and want a PDF copy they can open, share, or print. Select the file, review the fields, shape the page, and save the document where you want it kept.
