Hae anyone ACTUALLY gotten an Offer, Promo, Freeplay, etc from Downloading the App? I Installed it about 5-6 months ago.. and have to get any Offer in the Offer Section, or Promo, ..and I even asked tbr Rewards Desk about it... they looked at me as if they didn't even know what I was talking about and then asked me what I was trying to ask and I was like I'm just following what it says on your site, download it and to check in with the rewards desk for questions, so I am "Offering" Questions

This is a horrible app design. Hard to setup no support and casino hardly ever used it as a means to communicate with customers. IVE HAD FOR ALMOST 3MONTHS AND HAD ZERO GIFTS ZERO EXTRA PLAY AND ZERO EMAILS OR INFORMATION ABOUT UPCOMING EVENTS.. LOOKS LIKE CASINO NEEDS BETTER MARKETING WITH MORE INTERACTION OVER THE APP.

I've tried using this app several times in the past couple years and have never gotten past the sign in. You can't agree to the privacy agreement and if you disagree it says you have to agree it's stupid a waste of time.
