Update: Still can't get into my account! October till January...please fix Ive tried to reset password but told info is not correct. I'm sure you are working on the fix. I wanted to book a hotel stay... please fix. Update... 2.5 months and still can't use my account. Can someone at least give a quick email or text to let "Your loyal customers" know why we are locked out of our account. I've been told that the casino is closing. If this is the case on why app not working?

I have been unable to log into my account. I have been a member for many years. Golden Nugget has allowed me to stay overnight when I needed too. The food and rooms have been complimentary. I enjoy the casino and hotel accomadations. I love the drinks and food. I will visit again very soon. I would like to see more free play added to my account each month.

It sucks so far the next day after playing two days can't get back in. Cause of lo action bullcrap when I already played and I can't get my money is this how they make money And after saying all the other complaint about not being able to get into their account Also it Sounds to me like it's a scam and don't go to gold nugget and try to put money in there. You'll lose it.
