Most of this app is redundant. Since you text me when getting close to a stop & ask for check in time. OLD: Reply to your reply: More then once. I've had a developer email me about my review. So I know you can too. Asking me to write to you is the lazy way of saying "we want to look like we care. But really don't". OLD: You send texts saying this app stopped tracking. But there's nothing in the app that says whether tracking is active or not. Also no easy to start track within the app.

TQL has a good system. App makes it easy for them to track you and you can send location updates manually to reduce calls from their tracking team.

App is cool. I don't like that it doesn't update often and after sitting on hold for 10-15mins they say its been booked.
