I downloaded this app, put credit on it for several weeks I have been unable to make an international call. Always says system is experiencing technical difficulties. Costumer service at last admitted there is maintenance going on with their service and to call back in 2 hrs. How is 2 hrs going to fix something that has been happening for weeks Dialing an access number in the past was a pain but definitely more reliable than their app. Time to switch providers they clearly don' want my business

I purchased the Google card to make international calls. Downloaded this app. My app was hacked, I try to access chat with customer service but I constantly get kicked out. When I press the option for more it takes me back to the home screen or pops up with app stopped.

"No routes found" message every time. Paid $10 and I have struggled to make only 2 international calls. Every time I get a recorded message "no routes found" and get disconnected. Called support was passed around until someone refresh my phone and said he'd call back. He never did, this is not a phone issue but a network one. They don't have enough routes for all the calls. So I use another calling plan with no issues, but still have 540 minutes I can't use with Total wireless. This is fraud.
