Track Flows is a simple business app for Indian small and medium businesses. Billing, leads, collections, accounting and daily tasks all in one place, on your phone.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• LEAD MANAGEMENT
Capture every enquiry with name, mobile, value, and source. Move leads through your own pipeline stages, set priority, assign them to your team, and call a lead straight from the app. Mark them Won when the deal closes.

• SALES & GST BILLING
Create GST invoices with line items, tax and totals worked out for you. Search past invoices by party or bill number. Pick customers and products from your saved masters so billing takes seconds.

• COLLECTION
Record every payment you receive Cash, Online, UPI, or Cheque against the right customer. See your recent collections at a glance and know exactly who has paid.

• ACCOUNT
Track income and expenses by category, and move money between your own bank and cash accounts. Your day-to-day accounting, without the spreadsheet.

• TASK MANAGEMENT
Plan your day, tick tasks off as you finish them, and set priorities. Overdue work is kept in a separate Pending list so nothing slips. Assign tasks to team members, reschedule what has to wait, and get a reminder on your phone when a task is due.

DASHBOARD & REPORTS
Open the app to today's sales, collections, expenses and open leads, a 7-day sales chart, your recent invoices and today's tasks. Reports cover sales, collections, income, expenses and your lead pipeline.

WORKS FOR YOUR WHOLE TEAM
Owner, Sales Team and Payment Team each see only what their role needs. Team members can be given tasks and leads, and their work rolls up to you.

WORKS OFFLINE
Poor signal at a customer's shop? Keep working. Track Flows saves what you enter and syncs it the moment you are back online.

SECURE BY DEFAULT
Open the app with your fingerprint, face, or a 4-digit MPIN instead of typing your password every time. Keep more than one account on the same phone: an owner login and a team login, each with its own MPIN. Two-step verification is supported, and all data travels over an encrypted connection.

SAME ACCOUNT ON WEB
Everything you enter on your phone is on the Track Flows web app too, and the other way round. Use whichever is in front of you.

YOUR DATA IS YOURS
You can delete your account and all of its data from inside the app at any time — Settings → Delete Account. We verify it is really you by email first.

NOTE: Track Flows needs an active Track Flows account and an internet connection to sign in.
