Shapermint can make quality products. Their leggings especially are firm and shaping, completely opaque and long-lasting. With such a great product line, though, they chose exploitation. They make subscriptions and add-ons at checkout hard to skip past in a way that doesn't automatically add them to your order, which can add 50$ to your order without you realizing, and then customer service does NOTHING about it when you reach out. They don't let you send cancellations before shipping.

I placed an order on June 28th. It's now July 11th and there is no update on shipping. Still says processing. One of the items I purchased is out of stock. I've received multiple emails, answered everyone of them and still no resolution. There's no way to contact customer service. I want my order canceled and my money back. This is ridiculous. SCAM ALERT!!!!

I love the products but the app leaves a bit to be desired. I click on the shopping cart and it is very hard to read as it only shows the left half. The window does not open wide enough. Also, when I check out, I'd like an itemization of my total, and I don't want to have to click past three upsells trying to get me to buy more of what I'm buying now. I understand the upselling technique, but that hard to see shopping cart and lack of clarity of what I'm buying is really annoying.
