I tried calling customer service, no response as of yet. I upgraded this past summer after the app locked me out and erased all of my saved way points. I was forced to upgrade. I chose the Premium package. I was informed this week I needed to renew my subscription, I did. Now I was charged full price for the Elite package, I did not approve the upgrade, but was charged the $105 to my account not the $27 Premium advertised cost.

Revised review. 5th season using the app. This year the app was more glitchy and less reliable than usual. Unless you had a solid 3 or more bars of cell service, the app constantly had issues. On five or six times shared locations were way off and had to be constantly verified and rechecked. Numerous errors saying "sorry, something went wrong..." New compass feature was rarely accurate. Rotating 2D maps was hit/miss. Only stuck with it because of historical data saved.

maps are out of date and dont show the correct land owners. Won't allow me to find my buddies property through the search bar anymore. Searching for a certain private owner it shows you everyone by that name and doesnt show you where that land is in the search results, so you click on one and it takes you clear across the country. The old app worked better! You have to search for that person and the exact size of their land but i dont know that so i cant find their property anymore...
