Ratings and reviews

No complaints but a request: please add an "are you sure you want to finish this track?" pop up or similar when hitting "finish track" like other similar apps have. I cannot be the only one out there who accidentally hits "finish track" instead of "pause recording" on occasion and it's frustrating as there's no way (that I've seen) to be able to undo that.

Since Outside acquired Gaia the app and support just keeps getting worse. I've been a premium member for years and now I'm getting pop up ads to join premium membership in the app while I'm navigating offline. The ad cuts off access to the app until you deal with it. If you click the close x the pops up every 10 minutes. If you click sign-up off network everything freezes up and you lose your track. I emailed help. They gave me advice for a different problem on IOS.

I've been using this app for many years now. It used to be great but now it has CONSTANT ISSUES and is UNRELIABLE. Also, their customer service is HORRIBLE. As a premium member, you can only email them. I had an issue I reported over a year ago that never was resolved. I had another issue earlier this year that was never resolved either. Their rates went up this year too. It seems like the issues started slowly happening not long after they merged with Outside. Unfortunate.
