About this app

Since 2001 I have dedicated myself to the health and fitness industry. Then in 2022, at the age of 44, a new chapter began as I embraced motherhood for the first time. I instantly understood the overwhelm and whirlwind of motherhood. I understood the chaos, the exhaustion, the sleepless nights, and the endless demands. I also recognized the vital role of self-care through health and fitness. Yet, amidst this, I sensed a void in the health and fitness industry. A lack of empathy and understanding for the unique challenges faced by mothers trying to balance motherhood with their own health and fitness goals. My purpose became clear: to bridge the gap. I started Balanced Body to stand by you and support you, offering you solutions to ease the overwhelm. It’s my mission to empower you to prioritize your health and fitness because every mom deserves the strength and vitality to thrive, even amidst the chaos.
