Welcome to Coached By Amz, a 1-1 Online Personal Training service which is tailor-made for each client depending on their goals, time constraints and many other factors which vary from person to person. In a world full of misinformation, my dream is to help people become healthier and feel a greater sense of self worth by collaborating to create a sustainable training and nutrition plan whilst providing constant support along their journey of betterment. The core philosophy of my business is "1% Better, Every Day", which is an approach I apply to my own life and encourage within others as that incremental daily growth of 1% over an extended period of time will compound into an entirely new sense of self.
