Welcome to Build With Eva! Designed for women to Build Strength, Build Muscle, & Build Confidence. The training is specifically designed to build strength and muscle mass through progressive 6 week training blocks that keep you moving forwards and hitting new PBs. We do this through intelligently written programmes, in depth form videos, an education vault to teach you the ins and outs of effective training and access to me to give you feedback to improve! You'll also have access to a nutritional guide that walks you through how to execute maintenance, fat loss and building phases and 100s of recipes to help you along the way.
