This app doesn't work at all and I refuse to constantly wait at the counter to check in so I just walk in. Don't get mad at me 'cause your app sucks and you refuse to help your paying customers fix it. I'll keep my membership but I'm not going to wait at the counter for 10 minutes waiting to get into the gym. Guess you'll have to remember me by face.

the gym itself is okay, but they are horrible (scamish) with the personal training membership process. I would highly recommend NOT subscribing for any personal training here as they make it very difficult to cancel, you must wait on a 'manager' to give you an okay to cancel and once that process is done they still require another 30 days to cancel (horrible process so be warned). I ended up moving my membership away from the Eastvale location to o another club.

I live in Hollywood and I got a membership thinking I was going to use it more because I was in Moorpark I called over the phone and canceled my membership and they said they had to do it online. they sent me the collections and charged me $138 after telling me over the phone 133 and some change. My suggestion is make sure that you have the app or go in person to cancel your membership they said they're waved $50 after sending it to a collection agency just be sure of what you're signing.
