Easy to use App, I love that you can be in a group message to get encouragement from other who are also working out, or private message the trainer with any questions or concerns. I also love that demos comes with every exercise given!

Amazing app! The instructor is amazing as well he sends daily messages reminding and encouraging you to keep going. Also the app is user friendly.
