Welcome to the Fit Dad Project app! Designed by Dads, for Dads! As a Dad who has been a fitness coach for almost 20 years, I have realised that being a Dad is a tough job. So I have designed this program especially for busy Dads who find it hard to find time to train, dedicate a time for yourself to become the strongest, fittest, healthiest version of yourself… We understand as a Dad you are a super-busy bloke who wants the best for your family. We understand that you are dedicating yourself to work & always putting yourself last with your health, fitness & wellbeing to support your family. The time has come that you need to look after yourself, because if you don't, what will your life look like in the next 6,12, or even 24 months down the road..? At the Fit Dad Project we have set up a health, fitness, nutrition & accountability program made especially for Dads who are either just starting up their fitness journey, have been training for years or simply haven't trained for years & want to get back into training consistently with our help. We have crafted specially designed health, fitness, nutrition & accountability concepts that help YOU make small changes each day that will add up to much larger changes over time.. You will get monthly training workouts & nutrition programming that fits in with your busy lifestyle (which gets updated monthly) & access to a Fit Dad Coach so that you are never on your own.
