We track your progress through day by day, week by week. You can link your fitness watch to the app so everything is tracked in one place. We have weekly check in's and monthly goals setting video/phone calls to continually ensure you are making progress towards your goals. My app also contains a chat feature where you can chat to me whenever you need to as well as a community chat of all like minded people where you can motivate, support and encourage each other.
