For over 16 years Phase 1 Sports has been training and developing elite level athletes in all sports. With two locations in Las Vegas and one in Hawaii, athletes from all over the world can now be a part of our online community.

We provide 100% Athletic Based Training Programs and Nutrition.

Our online clients get the same training and nutrition programs as our elite athletes which includes olympians and professional football athletes.

What’s new

We’ve made some exciting upgrades to the Apple Watch App powered by Trainerize that will make it easier for clients to train on the go! Now, clients can leave their phones behind and be able to start and track any workout (regular, circuit, and interval), including three new cardio activities, swimming, dancing, and HIIT, directly from their watch!
As always, we've also made some back-end upgrades and bug fixes to make your experience even better.
