I've known Lucas for years. He is incredibly knowledgeable in all aspects of training. 6 weeks ago, I decided to register with @rangeofstrength for training program to help with my mobility. I've had fantastic results, and I really look forward to what I can achieve with him as a coach. Thank you.

I have a 465 lb squat at 170 lb at 38 years old. some people are way stronger, but for me, I'm stoked about it. i only say that to say i have quite a bit of experience in the gym. this program is probably my favorite of all time. amazing stuff here and I feel better than ever.

very few are training this way. but should be. simply better bulletproofing along with strength and muscle improvements
