I created this business name 'Strong For Her' after my daughter. The year she was born, my husband who has been battling brain cancer had started declining. I knew now more than ever I had to continue to make myself a priority, so I could be strong for myself, for her and for him. Fitness has truly changed the way I show up for myself in life and for other's. I'm here to help you find ways to fit fitness into your life, no matter how crazy the season. There is no such thing as a perfect program, but what holds true is that a program should mold to your life and help add to it, not add more stress, however imperfect that may feel at times.
