TrainIt is a fitness RPG where your real training IS the game. Every rep you do, every session you complete, every workout you show up for — it all translates directly into in-game power. There are no shortcuts. You earn your progression the same way you earn it in real life.

Complete training sessions to earn XP and grow your hero's stats. Use that strength to push further in Survival mode. Spend your rewards to build up your Base and craft better Gear. Return to training with new goals.
Consistency is the only currency that matters.
HOW IT WORKS
Your workout stats map directly to combat ability. Train push-ups and hit harder. Run further and outlast the enemy. Hold your plank and take more punishment. Every exercise you do makes a measurable difference in the game.
Survival mode puts your fitness to the test in wave-based combat. How far you get depends entirely on how hard you've trained.
BUILD. CRAFT. COMPETE.
Grow your Base Camp by unlocking and upgrading buildings that produce resources and expand your capabilities. Craft and upgrade gear in the Workshop to boost your hero's power. Compete on the global leaderboard to see how your real-world effort ranks against others.
NO SHORTCUTS.
TrainIt doesn't reward passive behaviour. 5-15 minutes of training a day is enough to keep progressing. Show up, do the work, and the game reflects it.
Your first rep is your first act of survival.
