Completely useless. Just reinstalled (again) to try to fix the sync issues that have persisted for a year. I can see the device in my Bluetooth available devices list but clicking on it shows "pairing" for only a second before disappearing. Support in the past has been useless. They gave me a few suggestions but the person I was talking to essentially gave up when those didn't work. Users beware: you're on your own.

Just talked with Nate (phone # in other postings) and he was fantastic. Working now. Great support! Helpful perspective on what's coming and how to address issues. Old review: Like so many others the app doesn't work, and I can't get the device to connect. I am concerned I don't have the right settings but I can't tell. Help.

When syncing MySleepDash with the Transcend micro, it gives me a "sync failed" message. Eventually after many tries syncing it will say syncing successful. I have tried reinstalling app and reregistering the device but nothing seems to fix this issue. just recently when I look at the dashboard and look at the individual items; device usage, mask leakage, AHI, etc., if I focus in on AHI to look at its graph the screen goes white and the app locks up. This app sucks. It needs an overhaul.
