Just like the website, app is TRASH. I've lost count of how many times I've registered @ both, then when I try to log in get errors. Follow "forgot" pw/username paths, then absolutely nothing ever happens. Tried using their online contact form to get help, get the usual auto-reply, and then... surprise! Absolutely nothing. Whoever built and manages this garbage is a joke.

Mobile app is just as bad as the desktop program. I have 2 transponders that have been removed from both vehicles and tried to add a vehicle to get the message you do not have enough transponders. I created a ticket on 7/7 and still haven't gotten a response. Their documentation says you can change vehicles. It's been a week since I deleted the vehicles so timing should not be an issue.

Really bad app. Says I am unable to login because my username and password do not match. I visually confirmed it's correct and I can login via my browser without issue. And to top it off, it locked my account for 30 minutes with a very brief message that you don't have time to read. This is insane. Now I'm dead in the water and scared to try and use the app as I don't want the account locked in the future. This is bad. Never seen anything so bad.
