The app is okay. making a dispute is impossible. we always travel w/ HOV active. any time we're in the express lane my whole family is there. for some reasons I'm getting charged. I file a dispute in the app, after a week I get a response, says the case is closed. no refund, no explanation can't click the notification to view anything. app says I have $80 in my account, I call and they say I owe $80, this whole toll lane situation is ridiculous. they're making millions, and charging me in HOV

Really bad app. Says I am unable to login because my username and password do not match. I visually confirmed it's correct and I can login via my browser without issue. And to top it off, it locked my account for 30 minutes with a very brief message that you don't have time to read. This is insane. Now I'm dead in the water and scared to try and use the app as I don't want the account locked in the future. This is bad. Never seen anything so bad.

It works is all I can say. The older version remembered my login on on Android. This version does not. I keep having to reset password every time I want to log in. It's not my phone as all my other travel apps work just fine. I only use app to verify the payments once EZ Pass emails me that it took funds from my account. When I have been successful in logging in it works as expected.
