Used twice, once at home. A little difficult to get used to the time lag. Had to ask family members to slow their cadence. Tried in a restaurant and it was overwhelmined by the background noise. Tried at home again just now and it keeps giving me a wrong password error. I even changed my password several times, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted my phone. Same error message. And there's no support information available.......😑

It says it offers a choice between both Brazilian and Portuguese accents in the pre-sales description, but after purchasing & downloading, Portuguese is not one of the languages available for offline use (which I stupidly pre-paid for), CS seems to be a digital black hole, and there seems to be no avenue to obtain a refund. Sorely disappointed.

App needs a lot of help. The good, it connects the bluetooth ear buds better than my other translation ear buds. 1. Don't use for a day or so, you are forced to log back in again. This is really annoying when you are trying to get it up and running fast. Really annoying and conversations are lost. 2. Trying to get it to pick up the conversation and translate...good luck. It fails to listen, if there are other noises (low level music in the background) forget it. Wish it was better the world needs a really good on the go translation app. I've tried nearly every one out there and had high hopes for this one.
