It has already taken over a week, chats, and nine emails just trying to be able to log in because support must send to other departments who refuse to work directly with you and forces every single stupid step to be repeated to satisfy their script instead of just properly troubleshooting. We still seem to be on step one so who knows if this will ever get resolved. Save yourself the hassle and find another device/app that works instead.

It says it offers a choice between both Brazilian and Portuguese accents in the pre-sales description, but after purchasing & downloading, Portuguese is not one of the languages available for offline use (which I stupidly pre-paid for), CS seems to be a digital black hole, and there seems to be no avenue to obtain a refund. Sorely disappointed.

The app can work, but the voice translator is too slow so even though it says it works in .5 to 3 seconds. The reader can lag up to 60 seconds before it talks and when it does, it lags further behind. Please add a slider to set the voice playback speed so it can keep up. Also it will crash if you click the speaker icon before it's done translating the text.
