I am very dissatisfied with the company’s 30-day return policy. This type of product is commonly purchased before international travel, but the real test happens during the trip. By the time a customer discovers that the product does not work adequately in the intended travel environment, the return window may already be nearly over or expired. That makes the policy unreasonable for the way the product is actually used. I contacted the company seeking a refund, and they refused.

The app can work, but the voice translator is too slow so even though it says it works in .5 to 3 seconds. The reader can lag up to 60 seconds before it talks and when it does, it lags further behind. Please add a slider to set the voice playback speed so it can keep up. Also it will crash if you click the speaker icon before it's done translating the text.

Just received the new time kettle wt2 edge, I have to say the this thing out of the box worked flawlessly and the simultaneous translation is so quick it's mind-blowing. My wife and I have been practicing with it at home, with different languages, and we can't wait to get out in the world and use this! It's a must. FYI, make sure your Bluetooth version is 4.2 or greater.
