App needs a lot of help. The good, it connects the bluetooth ear buds better than my other translation ear buds. 1. Don't use for a day or so, you are forced to log back in again. This is really annoying when you are trying to get it up and running fast. Really annoying and conversations are lost. 2. Trying to get it to pick up the conversation and translate...good luck. It fails to listen, if there are other noises (low level music in the background) forget it. Wish it was better the world needs a really good on the go translation app. I've tried nearly every one out there and had high hopes for this one.

App not letting me translate. I press the English button to record and nothing happens. I have used it on two different phones now. Same issue. It worked a couple of days before. What happened!! Update: customer service was fast and fixed my problem. Thank you very much! I really enjoy this product! Sometimes the translation is a little off but that is to be expected which is why I gave it 4 stars.

The app can work, but the voice translator is too slow so even though it says it works in .5 to 3 seconds. The reader can lag up to 60 seconds before it talks and when it does, it lags further behind. Please add a slider to set the voice playback speed so it can keep up. Also it will crash if you click the speaker icon before it's done translating the text.
