I'm an infinix customer and wanted to send my phone to claim the warranty but was given different info about each service centre they had...none of the centre can check my phone with in their working hours...it have to be days or weeks....pathetic and annoying after service and stupid warranty they have...im waiting for their reply until today none of them call...email or even WhatsApp me....

My 1 year warranty expired a week after my phone died. My phone is well taken care of. never been dropped nor gone near liquid. besides how short the life span of my unit, the repairman on duty told me they cannot do anything to my phone due to the damage was the motherboard and if I want it repaired I'll pay 15,000. since the official repair service won't accept my phone I went to a regular repairman who fixed my phone and told me it was only a power issue which he replaced.
