The itel Energy App is an intelligent energy management tool for itel home energy storage systems. Users can view home energy usage, monitor solar power, battery status and grid energy exchange in real time. It offers an intuitive interface and data analysis to help optimize energy usage, reduce bills and ensure power supply during outages. The app enables intelligent control and more sustainable energy management.

1. Homepage: Provides real-time charts of the overall energy usage. Users can view detailed energy reports, backup power protection status, environmental contribution status, and make settings in the list below.

2. Energy Report: Provides detailed energy utilization data. Users can view current and past energy production, consumption, storage and flow for analyzing and optimizing future electricity consumption strategies.

3. Backup power protection: The backup power protection function ensures continuous power supply during grid outages. It sets backup power, switches power supply modes, and starts dyque quickly.

4. Environmental contribution: The itel Energy App's environmental contribution feature shows data on environmental benefits. It displays reduced carbon emissions, saved standard coal, and equivalent trees planted. Helps users see their contributions in reducing carbon emissions.

5. Alarm system: When itel battery is low on power, the grid is down or the system is abnormal, the app sends notifications and alarms. Users can get technical support via provided contact info.

Ratings and reviews

It does what it says it does, but could be better. I see the app is still rapidly being developed, so I expect issues to be fixed as time goes. However, I noticed that the timestamps on reports in the message center are China time and not my local time. This makes it very confusing for me to track events on the app. Edit 2: Lately, I notice that the total power consumed (home + battery charging) is lower than power produced (grid + solar + battery discharging).

I have been trying to add plant on the itel energy app but the barcode scanner can't scan sticker on the side of the inverter as it small despite using extra lighting. also, what's the SN number, it is a model number or the 9 digital number on the barcode sticker as it still showing not correct SN ..I'm confused on all this.

Love the application, but a few improvements are needed. One issue that I encountered was the calculation on the daily report that always says 100% of your household electricity comes from solar, which , in my case, the solar production is many times less than the electricity that I consume at it says the same. Also the individual time calculated on backup protection log is incorrect.
