SolaXCloud is a monitoring App enabling the end-user and the agent to check the inverter status, yield, load consumption and exported energy anytime with the help of cloud data analysis.
End-users can use either remote or local login to view the real-time data and change settings of the inverter, but agent can only use the remote login to view the site information and inverter data due to user privacy protection reason.

Description of End-user Login:
After successful user login, end-users can check various data including site name, panel size, inverter No., battery status, alarm information, inverter yield, load consumption, exported energy and etc. SolaXCloud collects and processes data every 5 mins, users can depend on the dynamic flow chart to monitor the power among panels, inverter, battery, grid and load.
At the same time, if inverter data is online, users can change the settings including Date & time, safety, power factor, work mode, charger and etc. Please kindly note that the password will be required to enter Advance and Super parameters setting.

Description of Agent Login:
After successful agent login, agent can not only check the user, site, inverter list and authorization status, but also the account details including contact person, address, system commission date, rated power, user name, yield today and yield total.

Ratings and reviews

I can't give any rating for the app as it doesn't allow me to log on. I am logging on via my desktop with no problems but the app says my password is too simple. My password is 11 characters with a mix of upper case, lower case, numbers and special characters - how is that not good enough? (it's good enough for the web version!). If I try to use the web version from my mobile it gives a pop-up saying download the app and won't allow anything else.

Good app. One issue: just got my batteries a few days ago, could be that's it needs more data to calculate an estimate but "estimated full charge time" always indicates 0 minutes. Update: mailed them yesterday and got new firmware installed today and the issue is resolved, remaining charge time 5 hrs (now all I need is sun). Excellent product.

This app is awful. It constantly loses connection to the devices I have and won't reconnect. I keep asking the company I bought this from for help but all I get are videos that don't help at all. Avoid! Edit - I have the upgraded app and it still drops, there is no clear way to reconnect, there is an ai bot, but it can't deviate from set answers and fails when things don't work the way it expects.
