About this app

Important: The SolaXCloud app has been developed by SolaX Power for use only with devices running on the SOLAX CLOUD platform. If you currently own a device operating on the SOLAX PORTAL platform, please visit www.solaxpower.com to download the relevant app directly to your Android device.

SolaXCloud is a monitoring App enabling the end-user and the agent to check the inverter status, yield, load consumption and exported energy anytime with the help of cloud data analysis.
End-users can use either remote or local login to view the real-time data and change settings of the inverter, but agent can only use the remote login to view the site information and inverter data due to user privacy protection reason.

Description of End-user Login:
After successful user login, end-users can check various data including site name, panel size, inverter No., battery status, alarm information, inverter yield, load consumption, exported energy and etc. SolaXCloud collects and processes data every 5 mins, users can depend on the dynamic flow chart to monitor the power among panels, inverter, battery, grid and load.
At the same time, if inverter data is online, users can change the settings including Date & time, safety, power factor, work mode, charger and etc. Please kindly note that the password will be required to enter Advance and Super parameters setting.

Description of Agent Login:
After successful agent login, agent can not only check the user, site, inverter list and authorization status, but also the account details including contact person, address, system commission date, rated power, user name, yield today and yield total.

After nearly an hour trying to get account set up it needs WiFi access. I don't have WiFi. It scanned the QR code on the dongle and said it doesn't exist. Entered manually while laying on the floor with the torch on the phone to read it and enter manually. it liked that. used hotspot on my phone but it couldn't find my phone WiFi. I have given up. Zero stars if I could go that low.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Are you referring to the Dongle being unable to connect to your home Wi-Fi? Please ensure your Wi-Fi broadcasts a 2.4GHz signal, as the Dongle may fail to connect otherwise. Please send the specific Dongle SN and error details to service.cloud@solaxpower.com, and our dedicated team will assist you.

since the recent update (version home screen never updates. There were problems before, but it used to be possible to update by going to Energy Analysis and back. Now the only way is to close and reopen the app. UPDATE: it does work when the app is first opened. The problem occurs when I have shifted focus to another app, then gone back (keeping this app running). Running on Android version 13, Samsung S20. Reply: I was referring to the numbers displayed. ...right now they are updating though

In the Solax app, I am facing some issues. It hangs. The consumption graph only shows when the electric connection is on; otherwise, it doesn't show. These issues have been occurring since the update. The same thing is happening on the web application as well.
