I love Palmpay, their transaction is always smooth and fast. But I have 2 issues. 1) I noticed I don't receive notifications anymore since I updated the app about a week ago. 2) I always have issue with subscribing start time pay TV. Sometimes the transaction will be successful but I won't be able to view. When it first happened last year, I was refunded after 24hrs, it happens 2days ago again and I didn't get any refund and my TV didn't show as well.

PalmPay is indeed a nice digital banking app that offers users great incentives and discounts, making it easier for people to save; however, I was so disappointed with my experience upon purchasing data for the first time. 😞 It kept showing processing until the next day by noon; my money was refunded, and I had to applaud Opay in this aspect. Also, if they could make the app remember the numbers you've purchased data for before, it would be helpful; you wouldn't have to type the number manually

I really don't understand what is really going on now Whenever I try to log in my account with my fingerprint or pin, I keep getting a message that it is wrong even when it is not, for God's sake how can one's biometric signature be wrong This has happened dozens of times and it is so annoying, I have changed my pin too much because of this type of thing, fix up please and ease up on the parameters.
