Ratings and reviews

The financial services are ok, but complicated. I don't even understand most of them. My major problem with the app is there is always one notification that doesn't clear from the notification bar. And it's so annoying. I love clearing my notification bar, this stubborn notification makes it so frustrating. I'm even considering deleting my account and uninstall the app despite your high interest on savings. I've been patient enough, always waiting for the next update... It's now unbearable!!

The submit button on the address verification photo upload page is not working. I have tried more than 20 times!!!! I have also installed the latest version of the app updated on May 16th. I tried to talk to a customer service agent on the app but the individual was clueless, she kept asking for app version, and I explained it is the latest.

I don't know what is wrong with the app. Whenever I open it and input pin, the first thing that pops on is referral program... I have zero problem with those referral program and their amazing rewards, my problem is whenever I try exiting the page ⬅️ I'll exit completly from the app and return home screen📱 If I open the app again, same thing 🔁 I don't know, those news page should pop on the screen after the home/dashboard page displays, so one would not exit the app completely when exiting...
