I don't get any notification customization at all, even if I change it on the android end the sound is still the same. It also logs me out after some time, then has me put in my password, then have to unlock the app with the pin, but then it says the session timed out, so I have to LOG IN AGAIN to use the app, every damn time. If I was logged out I shouldn't have to ALSO unlock the app.

So they fixed the mileage entry issues, but it still continued to alert until you would open the app on your phone which was a total pain when transferring a patient or loading one. Now after the update, it won't alert at all! I have to look at the app to see if there are any calls, then it will alert when I bring the app up on the screen. That's really helpful! Dispatch is constantly having to call us to see if we know we have a call, because we haven't acknowledged it. The app never alerts!

The most frustrating piece of JUNK I have EVER had the displeasure of having to use for my work. This program will log you out of the app intermittently at least 12 times per day. It will constantly fail to update the Trips which necessitates logging out then back in multiple times per shift. AND it has no Log In/Password memory so you have to type them in EVERY time. For what companies PAY to use this app, you'd think Traumasoft would enlist some decent programmers.
