Safe, professional horse transport — simplified.

Moving a horse means handing an animal that matters to someone you have never met. TRAX exists to make that an informed decision rather than a leap of faith.

Post the trip you need. Agencies that cover the route send you offers. Compare them side by side — price, timing, and how other owners rated them — and choose with your eyes open.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Add your horse. Details, photos and documents in one place, so you never type them twice.
2. Post a trip. Where your horse is, where it is going, and when.
3. Compare offers. Agencies covering the route respond with a price. Open any agency's profile to see its rating before you decide.
4. Confirm and pay. Accept the offer you want and settle it with the agency.
5. Follow it through. Each stage is confirmed in the app, from pickup to delivery.
6. Rate the agency. Your rating is what the next owner sees.

WHY OWNERS USE TRAX

• Agencies do not sign themselves up. Every agency on TRAX is onboarded by us before it can quote on a single trip.
• Ratings come only from owners who completed a real journey — there is no way to leave one otherwise.
• Offers are itemised, so you see what you are paying for instead of a single number.
• Your horse's passport, health papers and photographs stay in your account, ready to send with any trip.
• You are notified at each stage, so nobody has to be chased by phone.

BUILT AROUND HOW HORSES ACTUALLY MOVE

TRAX handles what general courier apps do not: one-way and return journeys, more than one horse on a trip, waiting time at collection, and the documentation a transporter needs in hand at pickup.

WHERE TRAX OPERATES

TRAX is currently live in the United States. If you are outside the US you are welcome to install the app, but you will not be able to register an account yet.
