Pathetic, pathetic, and pathetic. I placed a prepaid order for a hair kit on 2 June 2026, and even after 10 days, it hasn't been delivered. I've received multiple calls (from Traya or possibly spam) asking me to wait another 48 hours every time, but there has been no progress. To make matters worse, there is no option to cancel the order because it is stuck in "Dispatched" status. Delayed delivery, repeated excuses, and no cancellation option—this has been a highly frustrating experience.

Really happy with the results so far. I'm 10 weeks in and my crown is filling out nicely. The combo of the serum and the ayurvedic tablets is doing its job. The app makes it super easy to follow the routine too. Definitely worth trying if you're thinning on top, just stick with it.

One of the worst brand in the market. Prior to their subscription they will make your life hell by calling you 8-10 times and then after you take your subscription, no matter how many times you schedule a call with your coaches to track the progress, they don't bother about addressing the customer problem but instead advertise their products for purchase. Honestly don't recommend this to anyone at all as the company is a scam
