During first six months the treatment was going good but after those six months i found that the treatment is wastage of time and money. There is no improvement at all. They have changed all the products which were good during my first half of the treatment. Now when they don't know how to answer they will tell you to go for these tests and use this way or that way which is just traumatic to a patient particularly me. So i am totally disappointed with traya.

So far ok experience. They force to use only their brand medicines like Minoxidil. 3rd party Minoxidil doesn't work for them. While on-boarding, I was told the kit price is highest for 1st month and will go down from second month onwards. but that is not true. even they offer lesser discounts for 2nd month onwards medicines. So, its till you onboard, there more discounts and later once you are in, everything changes. so, some kind of Trust issue I see.

there are many loop holes in traya app. they start counting days from when we have received it, if ppl have started post that then also their calendars does not allow you to mark the medicine taken details. the reward did not work for me. I got no discount on my 2nd order. again the diet chart does not get downloaded.
