I'm using this Traya kit; it's a total waste of money and time. When you complain to the Traya team, they'll say you haven't followed the instructions properly, which is why you're not seeing results. They initially claim a 100% refund is guaranteed, but when you actually ask for, they say you've already opened the kit, so you won't get it. As per the course, you have to use the full 5 to 6 months' kit. And every month they charge 2k, which is too much. So pls don't buy it.

Shipment early; Delivery unknown delays: Two times ordered with 3 month Hair kit. Both times different courier partners and both are delaying delivery. For the last 2 months, I have tried to buy this product. But still the product is not delivered yet. I think here you can buy a one month Hair kit only. If you try to buy a 3 month Hair kit with an offer, it is definitely not possible to buy. Customer care is also poor, disconnect calls when you are seriously speaking.

the quantity they give isn't enough to use for compte month , besides the help team don't solve any issue all they do is put your call on hold untill you disconnect. it's been 6-7 weeks and the results are nowhere near the advertisement shown and claimed i'd not recommend it .
