Pathetic, pathetic, and pathetic. I placed a prepaid order for a hair kit on 2 June 2026, and even after 10 days, it hasn't been delivered. I've received multiple calls (from Traya or possibly spam) asking me to wait another 48 hours every time, but there has been no progress. To make matters worse, there is no option to cancel the order because it is stuck in "Dispatched" status. Delayed delivery, repeated excuses, and no cancellation option—this has been a highly frustrating experience.

i've relocated to new place where every other ecommerce site delivers their product easily but it's been 2 times i've placed orders but can't receive it and even no one tries to contact me for my product to be delivered and traya's cust. support calls me every time convincing me that it would be delivered in 48 hours. But the 1st time they cancelled & again i placed a new order but no luck. Traya contacts me but never delivers it. *update. even after mailing you there is no response from you.*

pathetic experience. traya is available 24/7 till you make the payment. thereafter only disgusting messages are repeated by them but they give zero support. scheduled hair coach appointment multiple times but no one calls. received this kit more than a week ago but no one called after scheduling appointment multiple times. not sure if they have a office. appears they are running an online fruad
