I tried to enrol with my AXA Mansard HMO and the app keeps telling me Date of birth mismatch. The most annoying part is that once you get past that screen there's no going back. There's no provision to try the process again. That is a required feature as people might change plans. It's not required that you're stuck with a plan for life. Please look into this.

The experience was terrible. I waited for a whole day to get to speak to a doctor. Non was available and even chat wasnt opening. A very disappointing experience I must say. Will not be recommending the app to anyone. Even the call lines keep advertizing repeatedly with no one picking up. I am deactivating right away. Total rubbish.

Worst app with little or no attentions for complaints. Did 3 months subscription 2 to 3 weeks ago and am unable to access a doctor. It continuously tells me to subscribe as if I did not do subscription before. The worst part of it is that no one even cares to give solutions. Am so disappointed. I would have used my money to go to the hospital and join the queue knowing fully well that's someone will respond to me. Too bad.
