Does not function. Can't even get past the first requirement for the profile, taking a photo. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times. There's no way to contact anyone for technical help from the app. Opportunity lost, I guess.

My account was in good standing and I never had delivery issues. Recently I was suddenly blocked and told retraining was required, but there are no sessions available in the app. My valid license, Smart Serve and insurance were also marked invalid, and the upload links don’t work. I received no prior notice. This lack of transparency does not appear to comply with Ontario’s Digital Platform Workers’ Rights Act. Support responses have not resolved the issue.

They don't really care about the driver. I complete 100 delivery without any mistake. After that I have one delivery because of time conflict, they require me return the item immediately. However, I have time conflict and the store is really far away. They send another courier to my address to complete the return and de active my account after that. The team are really disgusting. Don't work for this platform, they won't give you any chance if something really out of your control.
