I tried logging into my account, and I got an invalid details error despite the fact that I entered the correct details. I had to reset my password, after which I tried logging in, and the next thing I got is still invalid login details, I tried again, and the next thing is that my account has been temporarily suspended. I sent a message via email since 3days up till now, but there has been no response. This no response issue is so common to all these fintech companies.

Tribapay is like the best app I've literally seen so far. It so fast, easy and also reliable. Apart from that, the service fee is just small which I love. I think my best feature should be the fact that I can sell my airtime. Imagine you over recharge on your account instead of you looking for someone else to sell the card to you can just transfer your airtime to cash which is so efficient as most people often make this mistake. Also, you can buy data at a cheaper rate.

I created an account and got a card in 2023 to use for online payment. i loaded the card and i was using it till i had $11 left. All of a sudden, i couldn't use it for anything else. Contacted customet care but no reply for long. I kept on checking weekly but nothing only to find out that my entire balance in the card has been wiped out without trace of how the money went. This is daylight rubbery by the tribapay team and unacceptable anywhere. I don't advise anyone to use this app at all.
