Ratings and reviews

Good foundation but missing key features like NFC Payment, decent overview of (recurring) payments, planning and dividers, fingerprint login, etc. The importance of these functionalities shouldn't be ignored. I know Triodos is a smaller bank, but you are still a bank! I would personally never switch banks for these reasons but there are many who would. On the good side, I personally never run into bugs or freezes.

The app is usable, but is missing allot of features, not limited to (these are my three biggest problems): Not being able to login with fingerprint/faceid Not being able to make payment request (having to use tikkie instead) Not being able to make several different sections in your account, like on for clothing, food, etc. Apart from that the app feels clunky, i would love if they fix it soon, since Ios users already have the fingerprint unlock for over a year now.

Good app, wish you could copy your bank info though, (IBAN and name) not sure if it's intentionally not an option. It's a bit annoying to have to type it over by hand when you need it. And sometimes transaction info will seemingly randomly change date by 1 or more days, which is a bit confusing. I hope they are adding mobile phone payments, that would be nice. App looks nice and works fast though.
