Ratings and reviews

for me the app works great, though it is missing some more typical for its competitors features, they are not features i find useful or necessary. I have a question however, is this app not going to be available with an English interface soon? I am having trouble recommending triodos to more people without an English option.

Very poor customer service. Issues are not fixed for months. I have called 3 times about the same error and they keep telling me the serviceperson forgot to submit my ticket.

A perfect bank for people who care for the world we live in. Their chat service is fast and professional, to-date; we have only positive experiences with the personnel.
