Been with them since my old business and opened a current account the moment they had them available. Have had some rocky moments, like their issues with TFL rejections, but 99.99% of the time their customer support has been outstanding. their app keeps getting better and now has full budget mode. to top it all off, they are literally the most ethical bank on the market so I genuinely feel proud using them. Genuinely one of the good ones, highly recommend

Absolutely the best ethical bank - friendly, helpful and website and app easy to use and intuitive. As consumers we can help make the world fairer, more equal and sustainable - Triodos are a vital part of the jigsaw and it's reassuring to know that my (albeit limited) savings are doing some good.

Fantastic Ethical Bank. Banking App works so well. Has great NEW features. Have never found it to have any downtime apart from planned maintenance which they give you plenty of notice for. which is no different to any other bank. Have never known it to have bugs whereby it crashes. Very Very Reliable Service. Would recommend them to all my Friends and Family.
