Very easy to use banking app. Can check balances, make payments, all from the app. the only thing I wish it could do was for me to be able to assign categories to payments/accounts so that I can analyse my expenditure more easily.

I've never regretted making the switch to Triodos. The service is excellent, but what makes it best of all is the knowledge that my money is doing good in a world that badly needs all the good it can get.

Why oh why, in the mobile app, do I have to use the archaic and very tortuous user unfriendly digipass to transfer a not huge sum to another of my own accounts in another bank when it's already a verified payee? my partner has already switched banks because of this and I'm thinking of doing the same.
