Fantastic Ethical Bank. Banking App works so well. Has great NEW features. Have never found it to have any downtime apart from planned maintenance which they give you plenty of notice for. which is no different to any other bank. Have never known it to have bugs whereby it crashes. Very Very Reliable Service. Would recommend them to all my Friends and Family.

I've tried opening a Triodos account twice over the years. 1st time, app insisted my face didn't match my ID, which I've never experienced elsewhere. 2nd time, there appears to be no option to use my eVisa as my ID (as the app insists on an expiry date for my residence permit - my ILR has no expiry!) and it doesn't accept my foreign passport as ID. Calling customer support the 1st time didn't help at all. I'll try to call one more time but this is so much effort with no guarantee of success.

The app has always been a bit behind other banks. The latest redesign has helped but it seems now that every single online purchase (including car parking charges of less than £2) need to be authorised through the app. This is annoying and unnecessary.
