I love the idea of the bank, their ethics, transparency and ethos. However, their app is still not that user friendly and the bank itself is not recognized by some investing platforms, so I still need to use other bank accounts for certain transactions, which is not ideal.

The app has always been a bit behind other banks. The latest redesign has helped but it seems now that every single online purchase (including car parking charges of less than £2) need to be authorised through the app. This is annoying and unnecessary.

unfortunately doesn't work for business banking - and the in-browser online banking is very patchy and often doesn't show information. Very tough to recommend.
