Many issues with authentication and mixing multiple accounts (personal / business). Not what I'd expect of a banking app. Thanks for the reply. Customer service did help. But took many calls over many weeks to get everything resolved.

Regularly hangs forever on the splash screen (with the photo background, not the gradient), which got worse over the past two months. Restarting the app only helps withthat, but only sometimes. Often crashes when switching between apps. While other banks have really useful features (e.g. earmarking money for things you're saving for), this app only does the bare minimum.

Hoi Stijn, de app wordt langzamer als er andere apps op de achtergrond draaien. Die zou je geforceerd kunnen afsluiten. Ik ga de feedback in ieder geval doorzetten naar de ontwikkelaars. Bedankt voor je signaal en een fijne dag! Marije

Good app, wish you could copy your bank info though, (IBAN and name) not sure if it's intentionally not an option. It's a bit annoying to have to type it over by hand when you need it. And sometimes transaction info will seemingly randomly change date by 1 or more days, which is a bit confusing. I hope they are adding mobile phone payments, that would be nice. App looks nice and works fast though.

Hi, dank voor je review en voor je suggesties ter verbetering! Dat informatie verandert qua datum kan ik niet helemaal plaatsten, mogelijk gaat het om het verwerken van pinpas betalingen. De beleggingsrapportages en jaarlijkse kosten zijn aan de downloads toegevoegd,
Om de toegankelijkheid van de app te verbeteren hebben we op verschillende plekken de voorleesfunctie verbeterd,
We versturen nu een pushmelding als een betaling is mislukt.
