I didn't know it's possible to be that bad. Contact support told me to look for the bus station on the Google maps. There was nothing in the ticket about location. I bought a ticket for the bus and added extra to have a possibility to cancel. My flight was delayed, so I wanted to cancel the ticket, but of course I couldn't. Why do you take extra money for possible cancellation and then refuse the cancellation, because of the "company's policy"?!

Bad flight ticket agent they withdrew money from my CC and never confirmed the booking nor provided any tickets. Their customer service never replied to any of my emails About the live support feature, it is useless, nobody ever replied
