Customer service is weak to non-existent. It is difficult to get in touch with a human being; both my email & WhatsApp messages went unanswered, and no-one answered phone calls. I could not board my flight because their visa restrictions had changed post-Covid & I was unaware I needed a visa. As a result, they canceled my flight, listed me as a "no show", and refused to put me on a later one. I had to pay for a new ticket. A very frustrating experience overall.

This is an easy to use and helpful app. I like it's layout and function better than my Turkish Air or United apps.

Dear Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL), I traveled on your flight from Tbilisi to Baku to Mumbai. At Tbilisi Airport, I already paid 100 USD for excess baggage and your staff completed the baggage form for my final destination, Mumbai. However, at Baku Airport, I was again asked to pay another 100 USD for the same baggage, which is unfair and amounts to duplicate charging. Since the baggage was already accepted and paid for at Tbilisi for the final destination, I request immediate refund .
