It used to work great. Now it just stops and I can't make payments because, instead of redirecting me to the payment page, it just stops and I have to log in again and then it stops again...Neverending loop of getting nothing done. 🙄 Seems like they made an update that messed it up. I've tried uninstalling it multiple times - nothing.

Have been trying for days now to go to my account and see my coverage, but everytime I try I get acced denied. I have changed password and have had to call to 1, confirm that my plan is active, 2, get a copy of my card and lastly, 3 get a coverage letter, all things I can with ease in the app. Please fix this.
