Gone are the days of spreadsheets and hundreds of tabs open just to figure out what you want to do on vacation. With just a few swipes you can have a full itinerary in minutes, not hours.

I plan 5+ trips/year for myself and my husband. I've tried MANY itinerary apps but always ended up back in a Google Doc. Triptimize is the first one that builds something I'd use as-is. It's simple, focuses on your trip vibe, and builds you a real itinerary. Put in 8 days in Spain and Italy, got a day-by-day breakdown with actual places I could preview and swipe on before committing to anything. Took 10 minutes for a multi-city trip. When I showed my husband he thought it was hours of research.

My girlfriend planned our whole Tokyo trip using Triptimize and invited me in to add my picks. I have zero interest in the logistics side of travel. I just imported the spots I'd saved on TikTok and Instagram, swiped yes or no on a few suggestions, and the app folded everything into the itinerary she was already building. Felt like I actually had input without having to do any of the work.

As a solo traveler, this app is incredible! it recommended where to go and gives me an easy to follow personalized itinerary in minutes. Triptimize made Tokyo so much easier to navigate. It only took about 10-15 minutes and it's free, so there's that, too
