This app is by far the worst app I've had in terms of connection issues. Where every other app runs fairly smoothly on mobile data, this app doesn't work at all. Even when in my own home with reliable WiFi and Internet, this app still doesn't run. I need to restart my phone in my house just to be able to access the app. This seriously needs updated.

I’m writing to report an issue with the text notification feature. Email notifications still work correctly, but text notifications do not work at all—whether I select text-only or text + email. This feature used to work perfectly when my phone service was with Sprint. However, after Sprint merged into T‑Mobile and my number was migrated, text notifications stopped completely. Could you please look into updating the SMS delivery system so text notifications function again?

This app is horrible!!! It takes almost a minute to get logged on and well over 5 minutes to access any schedule. In fact, I've been trying for a couple of hours, and I get logged off before the schedules open.
