Handy Good app. Makes somatic work easy- simple instructions. When I put in 'before' resilience level, then try to put in 'after' and hit the 'done' button, nothing happens- stays on that screen. Is it supposed to do anything?
I was hoping for more guided applications as opposed to just talk through of what to do. Calm has a guided tracking talk through that is great.
Best App This app was recommended to me by a very good young lady(Francis) that has made a difference to me. I am using this 3 times a day and i can see and feel the differenc. These are early days, well lets us wait and see how far i can change my resiliance.
