If only you could obtain your funds when you need them. Endless server error messages when transferring funds through the app making the app pointless, frustrating customer service, new app splash screen needlessly busy and you never know when your credit card balance will revert to your wallet. If you want complications and added aggravation to your life, sign up with this company right away.

SUCKS!!! Called, left a Message AND NOTHING! Went to pay for something at Walmart, was there for hours trying to access the site to use the card! Only to never show the option for making a pin! So gained access to nothing! NO PIN! Ended up having to use a diff card that wasn't supposed to be for that and supposed to be used for bill money since you guys have RESTRICTIONS on WHERE, HOW and WHO you can use to pay with this card! YOU GUYS ARE NOT A REAL VISA GIFT CARD! VISA IS EXCEPTED EVERYWHERE!

I'd give it zero stars if I could this card sucks! It says you can change the password you can't!!! It says it's sending a link to my email it never gave or asked me for one. this card is a waiste of time just like the vacation company that scams you and gives it to you. I'm over this !!! I can't even use it under credit.
