TrueHelpers Rider is the delivery partner app for the TrueHelpers platform. Accept food
delivery orders, open directions to each stop, and track what you have earned — you
choose when to go online.
ABOUT THE RIDER APP
TrueHelpers connects customers with restaurants and local service providers. Riders on
the platform deliver the food orders that customers place, and are paid a delivery fee
for each order they complete.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Sign up and complete verification — upload your documents for review
2. Go online when you want to receive orders
3. Accept incoming delivery orders with one tap
4. Open directions to the pickup point in your maps app
5. Deliver to the customer — your route is shared while the delivery is active
6. Your delivery fee is credited to your in-app wallet

YOUR SCHEDULE
Go online and offline whenever you choose. You decide which orders to accept and how many
deliveries you take on.
VERIFICATION AND FEES
Every rider is verified before going live. You submit identity and vehicle documents for
review, pay a one-time registration fee once your documents are approved, and top up a
refundable credit balance that covers the cash you collect on cash-on-delivery orders.
A commission is deducted from each delivery fee; the current rate is shown in the app.
BUILT FOR USE ON THE ROAD
Large buttons, clear order details and maps, so you can find what you need at a glance.
LOCATION IN THE BACKGROUND
TrueHelpers Rider collects location data to share your position with the customer and the
restaurant while a delivery is in progress, and to calculate delivery distance. This
happens in the background, even when the app is closed or not in use. Location is not
collected when you are offline or have no active delivery.
Accept deliveries, navigate with live maps, and get paid.
