Poorly designed app. I can't see what my $'s balances are after making a prepayment & when services are then rendered. I must call each time to find out bal remaining. You're developer should review & redesign this. I have both Lawn & the T&S & each should be handled separately, not just lumped together when 1 looks at their invoices. Not user friendly at. Plus it takes forever to load, just spins & spins, very slow. Also, agree with users below that's rated 1 or 2 stars. Just overall a bad app

This app is surprisingly bad for as much effort as is likely being spent on it. There's more focus on making everything seem "pretty" than on actual functionality (e.g., the animated leaf icon while you're waiting for everything to load). You can't even get a receipt right after making a payment like you can on the website. Also, I can't figure out how to remove the original (now outdated) credit card I used to set up the account, if that's even possible using the app.

It seems like a nice app, with helpful features. But in my first several uses, it has not been intuitive, some features highlighted in the screenshots don't seem to be available, and it seems more focused on selling additional services than managing an account. I'm glad they have it, and I'll continue to use it, but I hope they can make it more user-friendly.
