Edited 07/15, 6/15/26, It's been 3 FULL years since I requested my reward via PayPal payout on 06/14/23 (that's NOT a typo). NO MORE EXCUSES - no "we've paid out all rewards", no "in queue", no "problems with PayPal", no "need more info to process". I've emailed repeatedly & been patient. Take 5 minutes and process reward TODAY. App doesn't respond to emails consistently. Don't waste your time for pennies while they mine your data!

We have processed all paypal rewards and we checked. Please make sure your Paypal account is accurate on the trunow app. If it is not, it can get rejected from Paypal side. In few weeks, you will be able to redeem rewards directly at many stores for instore products. Please send us your member ID to customer care. We will address it expeditiously

UPDATE: I am no longer getting increases in my balance even though receipts say they were processed and got points. am deleting Scanned a receipt - says I got credit, but no change to my overall points. Have screenshots to show that is the case. Tried 2 more receipts today and will check to see if my balance increases; if not, I'm uninstalling this app. I will update my review.

Fake!!! I cashed out and never got my money. Emailed customer service multiple times, they said "Sorry for the delay, and thank you for your patience. We understand that you are attempting to redeem your rewards. Currently, your request is stuck in the processing queue, and it may take some additional time to complete. We appreciate your understanding and assure you that the issue will be resolved as soon as possible". That was April 3, 26, over a month ago. Waste of time!😡
