I've been scanning gas receipts into this app for at least a few years now. A couple months or so ago, the app stopped working. I could no longer get into my account to either scan more receipts or cash out. I have e-mailed the company multiple times; and all they say is they're working on it. Requests to simply cash out because the app doesn't work anymore have gone ignored. Last month, I finally filed complaints with the Georgia Consumer Protection Division and the Federal Trade Commission.

If I could give negative stars I would. We have multiple vehicles and debit cards, which apparently aren't allowed. I've also been a member for months and every current receipt I turn in gets rejected for being "before my sign up date"--which is not true. Also, if you spend over $50 total at the store (gas + purchase) that is an automatic rejection. So, never fill up. In other words, don't waste your time with this app.

It has to be specific receipts. It won't take the one you get when you pay, it has to be the one once your done. Also, like most of us, or credit/debit cards expire/change. App will get tonwhere It states there's too many cards & reject your receipts. When I 1st signed up it was so easy & I was able to cash out (not much, but something). After that cash out, nothing due to having new cards or too many. And with Covid, not all of us want to be handling cash to go into a gas station every time.
