The app is great but in the past month I've been unable to put together and complete a delivery order without it glitching multiple times, including deleting things from my order, temporarily deleting the entire list, being unable to schedule a time, and kicking me back several steps during the process. You've got to fix this because I'm afraid to place a delivery order since I never know whether it will go through correctly.

Why can't I click the products on my list to get more info?? The list is essential when saving deals from the weekly ads, but I can't get information on the deal, the products, the aisle number, etc., from the list itself. I have to manually search each product up individually. I thought the new update would've given this easier flow in shopping. Guess not

Good site for order pick up, but lags and is a bit cluttered. Edit: 4 months later. App is still very frustrating to use. It resets, lags from page to page, takes multiple tries and ways to get coupons to clip. I still use it when I have to, but I dread it. I try to do most of the ordering from a laptop now. I don't know how calling a customer service number will help? The other people I know who use this app also have the same experiences.
