To use the Pick 'n Save grocery app, create a Pick 'n Save digital account and link your Shopper's Card. Don't have one? You can create one during registration to start earning savings, rewards and fuel points.

Ratings and reviews

They have yet to figure out a user friendly layout. I love being able to make a grocery list in the app, but they change the location to access it all of the time. Also, when I add things to my list they either don't save or show unavailable even when it says in store available on the item. When they show unavailable it doesn't tell you the product name or show a picture so if you loaded 14 items to your list and 3 show unavailable you have to them figure out which items were missed.

Good site for order pick up, but lags and is a bit cluttered. Edit: 4 months later. App is still very frustrating to use. It resets, lags from page to page, takes multiple tries and ways to get coupons to clip. I still use it when I have to, but I dread it. I try to do most of the ordering from a laptop now. I don't know how calling a customer service number will help? The other people I know who use this app also have the same experiences.

Major issues with this app the last year now. Digital coupons show clip option, and then when I click to clip the coupons, it says coupon expired. App will lag and often log out while I am in store. Today I have tried to login several times in app and on the website, and it just boots me back out. Now you add boost to the long list of already issues that need to be fixed. Ugh! Long time customer jumping off the pick n save train as it isn't running on a straight track anymore.
